In collaboration with designer Lorena Gaxiola, the team preserved the home's historical integrity while upgrading it for modern family living. Key works included structural reinforcements, careful integration of new services, and bespoke interior detailing, all executed under strict heritage guidelines. Despite logistical challenges, the result is a luxurious and historically respectful transformation.

The Rosebank Residence: A Parisian-Inspired Penthouse above Sydney Harbour. Meticulously renovated Sydney penthouse that marries timeless Haussmann-inspired elegance with contemporary luxury. Designed by architect Felicie Chardon, the home features opale micro-cement floors, natural marble, and curated artworks, all set against sweeping views of Sydney Harbour. With bespoke finishes, an open-plan layout, and a master suite that feels like a sanctuary above the city, this residence is a sophisticated blend of Parisian charm and modern Australian living.
