This project involved the meticulous restoration of a heritage-listed 1860s Victorian residence in Millers Point. In collaboration with designer Lorena Gaxiola, the team preserved the home's historical integrity while upgrading it for modern family living. Key works included structural reinforcements, careful integration of new services, and bespoke interior detailing, all executed under strict heritage guidelines. Despite logistical challenges, the result is a luxurious and historically respectful transformation.
